Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide attentive and efficient service to all customers.

  • Welcome all incoming customers.

  • Take all food orders and input into the Point of Sale (POS) System.

  • Run food orders promptly once prepared.

  • Prepare bill and present check promptly at the conclusion of the customers’ meals.

  • Maintain clean tables and surfaces in assigned areas.

  • Other duties as assigned, including opening and closing duties and side work.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • 1 year of restaurant experience required.

  • 1-2 years of experience as a server preferred.

  • Experience with a POS system preferred.

  • ServSafe Food Handler certificate required.

  • Must be friendly and outgoing

  • Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have professional curiosity, ability to take initiative, and a desire to learn new things.

  • Physical demands: Must be able to lift supplies up to 10 lbs. frequently, 30 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to stand for long periods of time
